Mô tả công việc
- Research and draft legal advice; prepare and draft legal documents or cases
- Translate legal documents and other documents
- Corporate with law firms to follow up and complete in target task
- Store legal files and documents; Update legal documents
- Improve knowledge of alterations in legislation
- Submit and follow up with the submission of application dossiers, legal documents as assigned
- Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
- Evaluate proposals, action plans and other situations that may have legal impact and determine pertinent course of action as required
- Counsel the management and staff in all legal questions, review legal documents and assistance in negotiations
- Mandate and coordinate the external law firms and monitoring of litigation
- Assist in the preparation of documents for court cases/ arbitrations
- Comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to quality, safety, health, environment related to the job scope in work place as required by the company
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an inhouse Legal Department or a law firm
- Self-research, logical & comprehensive thinking
- Independence, patience
