Legal Executive
Mô tả công việc
● Assist in develop and promulgate a system of contract templates, in charge of reviewing all contracts of the Company in high standard and in bilingual (English & Vietnamese);
● Assist in review & standardize the internal policy & procedures for each functions/departments and cross functions workflow and the guideline to implement those compliance programs
● In charge of required registrations and ensuring required reports are accurate and submitted to the authority on time.
● Prepare, submit application(s), and liaise with authorities for license, sub-license in term of company business.
● Proactively keep track and update with the new relevant laws and regulations that impact company business.
● Provide legal advice and assist on the corporate compliance requirements and business cases/issues in order to manage and reduce the compliance risk or avoid costly litigation.
● Ensure all legal documents are recorded and filed properly.
● Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
● Bachelor's degree in business law or equivalent major;
● 2-3 years of experience in Legal & Compliance. Expertise in tech & FMCG companies and a good understanding of Corporate business and culture will be preferred;
● Having a profound sense of responsibility and focusing on the work, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, good time management & organization skills;
● Good at communication and negotiation, able to deal with authority;
● Honest, trustworthy and reliable;
● Good command of English is an advantage.
