Legal Deputy Manager
Mô tả công việc
- Assisting the department director in researching legal matters, especially pertaining to investment law, real estate law, urban planning law, and land law;
- Reviewing contracts and transactions with renowned Investors around the world;
- Providing legal opinion on requested matters;
- Liaising with the Authority and Investors to complete assigned tasks;
- Detecting and advising on possible risks to the operation of the Company;
- Updating relevant changes in legal systems and analyzing the influence of such changes.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Fluency in English and Legal English concerning Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking;
- Diligent, Honest, Hardworking, Responsible;
- Negotiation and Communication skills, Able to work under pressure;
- The ability to work independently and in collaboration with the team and other departments;
- Microsoft Office competency;
- Degree: Bachelor or Master of Law;
- Experience: At least 04 years at law firms or at prestigious real estate enterprise
- Lawyer Practicing License is a strong advantage;
- The desire and willingness to work at the Company for a long time.
Working time: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
