Legal advisories on matters in Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES)
+ Legal documentation - ERC / IRC extension / renewal, sub-licenses, amending licenses, environmental licenses, etc;
+ Transaction Management - Land Title, Land Use Zone, Zone Requirement, procurement of external legal counsel, etc;
+ Project and Construction Management - Drafting and preparation of Tender and Contract documentation of consultancy and vendors. Carry out Due Diligence on potential vendors / vendors background, relationships, financial etc.
Develop legal documentation for CRES
+ Non Disclosure Agreement;
+ Standard Contract for procurement of vendors for CRES;
+ Review of legal documentation for adaptation to CRES;
+ Ensure legal compliance for contract / purchase order / service contract / payment matters.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of the document content submitted by vendors;
Review and revise project deliverables developed by team members and vendors;
Research and update new laws and regulations relating to the overall activities of CRES;
Translate legal documents (Vietnamese to English and vice versa);
Partake in disputation and settlement;
Other duties assigned by the General Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law or related discipline and completes Legal Practice Training in Vietnam (Master preferred);
Experience: Over 3 years experience in Corporate Real Estates Services and construction project;
Language: Fluency in English or Chinese;
Knowledge and skills: Good interpersonal skills, independent, responsibility, polite and responsive
Working address: Binh Chuan Production Area, Binh Chuan Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam
