Mô tả công việc
1. Architecture Design
- Hands-on design. Help resolve complex technical/design issues, especially for the Hospitality Project.
- Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs that align with project goals.
- Create functional, sustainable, and aesthetically innovative architectural solutions.
- Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ensure designs meet building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with urban planners, interior designers, engineers, and contractors to integrate architectural concepts.
2. Project Implementation and Management
- Create and manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with project managers and account managers throughout the design process.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and design conflicts during construction.
- Proactively support design tasks as assigned by project leads or senior team members.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Contribute to design development and project visualization.
- Assist in creating detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with structural engineers and MEP teams.
- Prepare client presentations and participate in design discussions.
- Improve understanding of building codes and permitting processes.
