- You will be responsible for management a business development team to build good relationships with existing affiliate marketing partners and look for new affiliate marketing partners globally to ensure target achievement on sales volume for business development and aligning with strategies of the Company.
- Building good relationships and maintaining the existing affiliate marketing partners as well as going to market to acquire new sources of traffics from affiliates and publishers effectively. Onboard and walk them through the process of getting started (technical integration, information related to products, program or payouts) and quickly embark on operation.
- Managing effectively matrics of various products versus affiliates to meet KPIs on volume and sales daily, weekly, monthly.
- Continuously checking buyout rate and market rate to adjust payout per partner and track profitability of affiliates campaigns to tweak and negotiate with affiliates to maximize it.
- Building rapport and daily maintaining an effective 2 ways communication channels with existing affiliates to discuss adjustments or updates on volume, payout, products, capacity or other support needed to avoid any hiccups in operation.
- Engaging in new marketing campaigns preparation by working closely with related teams such as sales team to design promotion programs, contests, sales strategy that enhance significantly customer acquisition in order to boost sales within approved budget . Working with inhouse marketing on preparing creatives, infrastructures such as banners, landings and pre-landings from multiple approaches and angels and make evaluation on success.
- Liaise with Product team to research, develop, and launch new products;
- Define general rules, internal processes and reports in order to facilitate flexibility, track easily and share results of each account manager across different countries (for examples: min and max payout rates for different models such as CPA, CPL, CPS..., exclusivity offers…
- Identifying and reviewing affiliate results and potential, leveraging data to analyze and optimize programs, implementing ongoing improvements
- Overseeing legal, financial, and administrative needs associated with the affiliate program;
- Monitoring, training/coaching team members and evaluate their performances to improve and develop skills from time to time
- Making report daily/weekly and monthly to COO
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male/Female from 25 – 40 years old and graduated from university, prefer Marketing major;
- At least 5-year experience in account management, prefer experience in nutra products—ideally marketing, product or affiliate system;
- Be fond of sales and online searching skills are must;
- Be familiar to work with Publishers/Affiliate Marketing partner;
- Demonstrated ability to build, execute, and scale cross-functional marketing programs;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs;
- Good communication & negotiation are required;
- Good English & Ms Excel skills are must;
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and possess leadership skills;
- Ability to think and react in a fast paced, data-driven environment;
- Ready to work online in different time zone.

- Working time: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM from Monday to Friday;
- Salary: Very interested + Commission (Based on Sales volume)
