Mô tả công việc
- The firm seeks a motivated and accomplished individual for its Junior Lawyer position for its Corporate & Commercial Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior lawyers in the preparation of application dossiers for various licensing matters and in review/drafting of contracts and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research under the supervision of senior lawyers.
- Draft correspondence.
- Conduct document filing.
- Perform assigned administrative matters, including billing, formatting of documents and other clerical work.

This opportunity would suit a diligent and career-focused Junior Lawyer who wants exposure to a high-quality caseload for world-class clients. In addition to experience in the types of duties outlined above, you should have:
- Bachelor of Laws.
- At least two years of relevant on-the-job experience.
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
- Fluency in spoken English and excellent English writing skills.
- Good analytical, drafting, communication, and research skills.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Strong commitment to client service.
- Strong case, client, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
