Mô tả công việc
• Installs and configures system infrastructure hardware (Network Switched, Routers, Servers…)
• Implements System services (E-mail, Directory Services, DNS, Files server, Print server…)
• Troubleshoots and resolves System hardware and software problems and support users
• Troubleshoots and resolves problems of office electronic equipment and support users
• Monitors and optimizes system services, network services and improves the best performance in able conditions
• Protects system from virus, installs network security policy and protects network against outside or inside attacks
• Develops necessary system utilities for better management and performance
• Applies company IT policies and procedures, with respect to System, Network and Security
• Applies suitable technologies to increase labor productivity and participates in the design and planning of infrastructure to support new applications and technologies
• Daily upgrades, improves and applies new technologies follow company’s IT standards and policies that support effect work for employees
• Completion received Help Desk Cases (HDCs)/Change Requests (CRs) tasks as soon as possible within agreed time
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Diploma in Computer Science and Information Technology
- 3 years in System and Network Administration.
- English written & Spoken
- Advanced knowledge of computer systems, computer hardware, software applications
- Basic knowledge in multiple server environment, mail server, networking services, firewall, routers, switches, and so on
- Has research and troubleshooting skills
- Good knowledge in WAN, Network security
- Familiar with the following areas:
• Network Security
• User Accounts and File Sharing
• Supporting the Help Desk
• Monitoring Network Traffic
• Virus Protection
