To confirm the correctness of the internal control implementation of each department; if problems are found, follow-up and improvement are completed to avoid the problem from expanding Main function.
- Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans to check the compliance of internal control operations (including ISO, J-SOX).
- Base on the annual audit plan, performing the check and output report; if any missing, to track to the completion of improvement on a quarterly basis.
- Internal control self-assessment (including ELC).
- Routine Reporting to HQ(Nidec) Information.
- Stocktaking
- Other assignment from supervisor
**Internal Auditor Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.
- Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.
- Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.
- Compile and implement and supervise the annual Internal Audit plan.
- Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
*Knowledge/ work experience:
- Audit skills, such as communication, audit methods ...
- Familiar with relevant internal control laws.
- Basic understanding of operations (eight major operating cycles).
- More than 1 year of experience in the accounting firm is preferred.
- Three years of work experience in an internal audit environment.
*Education:
- Degree in Internal Auditing, Financial Accounting or Financial Management computer- familiar with Excel / Visio software.
- Using computer audit software (ACL) is better.
*Language:
- English (medium) listening / speaking / reading / writing ability.
- Chinese is preferred with internal auditor certificate is preferred.
