• Responsible for all of income accounts – ensure the accuracy for all generated professional qualification related to income./ Chịu trách nhiệm tất cả các tài khoản doanh thu - đảm bảo tính chính xác tất cả các nghiệp vụ phát sinh liên quan đến doanh thu.
• Enter detailed receivables in the correct detailed accounts which are defined by system./ Hạch toán Chi tiết các khoản thu theo đúng tài khoản chi tiết đã được quy định bởi hệ thống.
• Responsible to export VAT invoice for entire generated professional qualifications./ Chịu trách nhiệm xuất hóa đơn giá trị gia tăng cho toàn bộ nghiệp vụ doanh thu phát sinh.
• Strictly control accrued revenue everyday in the hotel to ensure all of receivables are entered in the accounts./ Kiểm soát chặt chẽ doanh thu phát sinh hàng ngày tại khách sạn để đảm bảo tất cả các khoản thu của khách sạn được hạch toán.
• Provide detailed incomes report and summary incomes report by day, month, quarter to Superiors./ Cung cấp báo cáo doanh thu chi tiết và Báo cáo doanh thu tổng hợp theo ngày, theo tháng, theo quý cho cấp trên

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Good English skill
• Good Communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• Hotel experience is preferred
