HR Supervisor

As an HR Supervisor, you’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies and SOP. You'll ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you’ll also act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews, recruiting and onboarding new staff
- Arrange training sessions, workshops & development initiatives
- Counsel employees on HR-related topics such as company policies, procedures and compensation
- Identify and address employee requirements regarding performance issues, training and career growth
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new benefits and support for organizing company's activities
- Assist in development and implementation of HR policies, SOP and promote HR programs as requested
- Perform various administrative tasks (Semesterly employee performance reviews, performance management tasks….)
- Maintain employee files and records in HR software and paper form
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male/Female under 35 years old
- Bachelor in HRM/Business Management/Economics
- Minimum 3 years of developing career in development & training program, workshops and appraisal tool.
- Excellent in written and spoken English.
- Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), business management skills with high responsibility.
- Strong skills in: analyzing & solving problems, planning & organizing, proficiency in analytical and numerical skills
- Open for learning and changes with ability to work under high pressure
- Detail oriented with business mind set & teamwork spirit.
