HR Specialist (Recruitment & Training)

1. Planning
- Annually work with departments to analyze and plan the manpower supply and demand
- Develop and execute recruitment plan to ensure vacant positions are filled with right employee(s) and in timely manner.
- Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
- Give suggestion/advice and make plan for internal & external recruitment activities; propose job descriptions for different positions.
- Analyze the labor market trend;
- Provide market update to HR Manager;
- Assist HR Manager in design and deliver retention plan / schemes - managing talent and succession planning;
2. Recruitment Intelligence and Improvement
- Carry out the internal and external recruitment process from working with different departments to define the needs, work with hiring managers to create job descriptions if needed.
- Create and post job ads on the right channels, sourcing and selecting the right candidates
- Be responsible for and conduct all recruitment process (recruitment scheduling and planning, resume search, CV screening, reference checks, interviews); preparing documents and tools serving recruitment activities;
- Communicate, update and arrange management interviews by coordinating schedule
- Work with related department to settle the employment formalities for new employee (orientation training; entrance health check…)
- Follow up the probation time of new staff, conduct job evaluation and get feedback from Managers for further decisions.
- Propose and implement ideas or actions to improve recruitment process and to meet recruitment targets both in terms of number and quality;
- Update recruitment database and maintain a database of candidates who once applied to the Company, and use the database created internally for future recruitment.
3. Training & Development:
- Conduct Onboarding & De-boarding Orientation & Process
- Develop training and development programs as per department’s training needs
- Follow up each staff’s personal development plan and identify new opportunities for training and development;
- Coordinate/ organize training sessions and seminars;
- Prepare the training presentation as per requirements for HRM
- Manage all documents, database and training contracts
- Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement;
4. Reporting
- Prepare the HR recruitment reporting function on requested basis.
- Update the new staff recruitment to relevant HR and payroll staff for setting up payroll and other related formalities.
5. Employee Relations and Administration
- Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
- Internal Employee Relations: organize and lead Company’s events (celebrations, company trips, team-building activities, etc.) whenever assigned.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict avoidance
- Assist all activities related to HR or company events or any requests from HRM
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 5 years of relevant recruitment experience in a recruitment agency
- Good at communication in both Vietnamese and English, able to translate documents
- Excellent with time and task management skills
- Able to prioritize work under deadline pressure
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
- Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- Strongly preferred previous work in the following industries: Power, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals,
EPC, F&B.
- Good Communication, Negotiation, Teamwork
