Recruitment (70%)
1- Responsible for posting positions on various recruitment channels (such as Facebook, TOPCV, recruitment websites, etc.)
2- Screen resumes according to job requirements, conduct preliminary communication and phone/online interviews
3. Follow-up on candidate interview process (invitation, scheduling, feedback follow-up)
4. Follow up on candidate onboarding process (onboarding confirmation, onboarding preparation, data collection)
5. Maintain recruitment data table, record daily recruitment progress (number of interviewees, number of new hires, etc.)
6- Advise CEO on the effective ways to hire the right candidates for company
Admin Works (30%)
1. Responsible for handling employee onboarding and resignation procedures and organizing materials
2. Manage employee files (contracts, identification, etc.)
3. Assist in daily work room administrative affairs (such as attendance, material management, etc.)
4. Assist in organizing simple employee activities or internal communication affairs
5. Complete other basic tasks assigned by superiors

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Basic Requirements:
- Good English skill, prefer candidates with Chinese skill
- Proficient in basic working software (Excel/Word)

2. Communicate proactively : willing to contact candidates proactively and not afraid to communicate

- Experience in e-commerce/ livestreaming industry companies
