Mô tả công việc
- The main responsibility covers corporate law, commercial and business law, compliance and litigation. As follows:
- Supervise overall legal activities of the company;
- Ensure every activities of the company to comply with the relevant regulations, rules, law and company charter, as well as the resolutions of Board of Management and shareholders;
- On behalf of the company to perform the legal procedure during proceedings, dispute and other relevant legal issues;
- Participate in preparing, amending, constructing and updating company regulations, rules, agreements, contracts and ensure all regulations to comply with the law;
- Provide legal support to the operations including transactions with the state agencies; suppliers/vendors, customers and other third parties.
- Construct a law library system and regulations related to the company operations.
- Initiatively solve and advise the leaders about arising issues, dispute in economic and business transactions, civil cases, labor, tax...
- Make periodical reports about the task performance or reports as requested by BOD,
- Comply with the regulations on information security related to the job
- Perform other tasks assigned by the leaders.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Graduation in law major, priority for Economic Law Major
- Good command in corporate law, commercial law, litigation law..
- At least 3 year working experience at similar position
- Priority for candidates with deep experience in lawful consultant in foreign companies.
- Good relationship with the state agencies, local authorities
- Good communication, negotiation skills
- Be able to work independently, under high job pressure
- Highly responsible and enthusiastic
- Good Communication in English (Speaking and writing)
