Mô tả công việc

Be extremely eager to learn/develop coding skills (up to ninja level).
Strive to push the boundaries of technology solutions with experimentation, prototyping, creative thinking and technology ecosystem engagement.
Develop code (design, build, unit test, deploy, run) to run on backend, web frontend, cloud, mobile.
Follow effective agile processes and continuously improve.
Communicate constructively with team members to cooperatively build a product suite that delights customers.
Write extensible code with high automated test coverage.
Contribute to team decisions about system architecture and the selection of technical tools.
Troubleshoot issues as they arise and resolve technical challenges.
Understand business concerns and contribute to brainstorming pragmatic options to address them.
Work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 2 year of experience in software development.
Proficiency in Full Stack .NET Development, especially ASP.NET Core, C#, and React JS.
Experience building client-side, single-page applications using JavaScript frameworks (preferred React or Angular).
Strong understanding of code quality assurance (e.g., SonarQube, StyleCop) and unit testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit, MSTest).
Experience in developing RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and cloud-native applications.
Familiarity with Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, and NoSQL databases.

Nice to have:

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in large-scale system development.
Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway).

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Empathy and patience when collaborating with colleagues.
Open-mindedness and adaptability to new technologies and challenges.
Critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues.
