Mô tả công việc
- Monitor and implement social insurance, health insurance, register for personal income tax number, and reduce family circumstances periodically;
- Build, develop and maintain the NLIC employee information storage system to optimize the retrieval and analysis of employee data (including HR Software).
- Manage, control and execute labor management and Outsourcing contracts to ensure compliance with company processes, offer suggestions and solutions to increase efficiency for human resource management.
- Monitor and carry out the company's labor legal to ensure compliance with state labor regulations;
- Manage and store employee records (including soft copy and hard copy).
- Participate in consulting, guidance, information and solutions for company employees on issues related to labor law, compulsory insurance and voluntary insurance, welfare regimes, discipline to improve employee compliance;
- Report on personnel changes monthly, quarterly, annually;
- Report on increase/decrease in compulsory insurance, monthly voluntary insurance;
- Implementation of sickness and maternity benefits for NLIC. Support and guide to pay expenses with Insurance Providers;
- Monthly, quarterly, yearly HR expense reports;
- Support monthly salary calculation, data income for payroll.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated with Excellent from University of Economics, Foreign Trade, majoring in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience in payroll outsourcing in consulting firm.
- Proficiency in English
