Mô tả công việc
- Store Operation & Management:
- Manage the overall activities of our brand on US e-commerce platforms such as Wayfair and Amazon. You will be responsible for operational excellence, content management, and sales optimization to ensure growth in the international market.
- Manage the daily operations and overall activities of the brand on US platforms (Wayfair, Amazon).
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics departments to ensure timely order processing, shipping, and delivery.
- Monitor store health and handle issues arising with the platforms or related partners.
- Content & Product Optimization:
- Manage detailed product information on online platforms, ensuring all content is correct, sufficient, and optimized.
- Build and develop content to increase organic traffic and improve SEO rankings.
- Sales Strategy & Reporting:
- Regularly report on sales performance and related metrics.
- Analyze sales data to evaluate efficiency and propose appropriate pricing strategies, promotions, and re-stock plans.
- Coordinate with account managers (if any) and implement basic online advertising campaigns on the platforms.
- Customer Service:
- Provide customer care services primarily through chat and email to support US customers.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain accurate records of e-commerce activities and documents.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in cross-border e-commerce is a strong plus.
- Language: English is mandatory (Reading and Writing) to communicate effectively with partners and manage listings.
- Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data to adjust strategies and optimize costs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attitude:
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic, hard-working, open-minded, and eager to learn.
- Logical, creative, and progressive thinking.
- Preferred Qualifications (Priority)
- Knowledge of US-UK exported furniture products.
- Experience working in a similar international/cross-border e-commerce environment.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
