• Position Holder : Distribution Compliance Senior Supervisor
• Department: Distribution Compliance (DC) Legal, Compliance & Internal Control
• Reports to: DC Manager
• Purpose of this role:
• Mainly take charge of dealing with misconducts of insurance distribution channels, including alternative agents and related staff.
• Support corporate compliance function in handling tasks where assigned by manager in financial crime and anti-fraud matters.
• Main Responsibility
1. Investigate violations of sales force, including alternative agents, staff and propose adequate punishments to the violating agents/ staffs in accordance with Company’s rules, regulations of IAV, and the applicable insurance laws;
2. Self make comprehensive and efficient plans on examining and investigating alternative agents/ staff misconducts happened;
3. Recognize potential violations by sales force/ staff and propose solutions to mitigate harm may occur;
4. Develop, review internal rules on sales force activities misconduct handling;
5. Conduct training sharing/audit/on-site, off-site inspection to sales force;
6. Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the manager from time to time.
• Key Result Area
• Conclude violations by relevant agents/ staff properly and come out adequate disciplinary proposals in accordance with the applicable laws, IAV’s and internal regulations;
• Effectively organize agency compliance trainings;
• Manage assigned tasks well and timely report to the manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education /knowledge:
• Background of law degree or investigating police
Experience:
• 4-6 years post graduate experience on investigation, sales force misconduct resolution, anti-fraud investigation.
• Insurance experience is preferred.
Skills :
• Good computer skills using all major office applications.
• Speak both English and Vietnamese.
• Investigation skills.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and organized approach, with a good attention to details.
• Confident, decisive and solution-driven
