- Manage all MKT members and brand name of SGP to aim to contribute for company growth.
- Plan/deploy/implement MKT strategy based on management’s instruction: Sales increase, diversify products, leading to quality product, increase market share for each brand at target market.
- Build brand name for company products matching with brand strategy
- Research new product development and plan/ deploy/ implement new product development
- Research/ organize/ allocate products based on MKT mix 4Ps: Price/ product/ promotion/ place
- Plan/ deploy/ allocation budget for each brand and control activities budget for each brand
- Research/ analysis / evaluate market situation to give ideas and look around Market forecast
- Support for Sales team such as increase visibility, penetration, distribution target, No. of SKU in outlet and AO through National consumer promotion, POSM supporting, sales activation approved by management
- Organize/collect market information, competitor’s information and feedback from consumer through third party or internal company
Yêu cầu công việc
- Have experience in MKT field minimum 5 years onwards and ever worked and understand in FMCG
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good at English communication
- Building brand successful have sales revenue from 500 billion onwards
- Ability to make a difference and renew brand identification systems
