Mô tả công việc

1. Project Delivery & Execution

Manage full lifecycle delivery of software projects from initiation through deployment.
Oversee daily operations of both onshore and offshore development teams.
Track and report progress to ensure timelines, quality standards, and budget adherence.

2. Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary onshore point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships through transparent communication and consistent reporting.
Translate business needs into actionable tasks and priorities for the delivery team.

Ensure strict adherence to delivery methodologies, organizational standards, and best practices.
Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Promote continuous improvement with a strong emphasis on Agile and DevOps adoption.

1. Required Qualifications

7+ years of software delivery experience, including 3+ years in project/delivery management.
Proven success in managing hybrid (onshore-offshore) delivery models.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and DevOps principles.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean.
