Mô tả công việc
1. Public Communications
- Planning and implementing communications activities which are PR retainer, PR retaining, Communications campaigns;
- Organising and conducting communications focused events which are press conference, opening, launching, etc.
- Developing and writing communications content such as news release, articles, corporate profile, corporate brochure, video script, presentation, official letters, media interview, etc.
2. Media Relation Management
- Developing and sustain the network and relationships with journalists, particular with economy and market sections
- Organising and implementing regular and ad-hoc media engagement activities
- Being a primary contact to receive and handle media enquiries/ media issues
3. Corporate Reputation Management
- Daily moniroting and listening to integrated media for making weekly story trend report
- Being responsible for related tasks which are assigned by direct supervisor in media crisis management
4. Corporate Branding
- Managing website operation and updating website content including news, press release, video, visual, etc.
- Updating and producing Corporate Profile, Corporate Video, etc.
- Supervising and consulting on any use of AEON Trademarks or Tradename, Brand Guideline
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degrees (International Relation, Communications, Media).
- Proficiency English Skills.
- At least 1 – 2 years experience on Communications, Public Relation, or related department at sizeable company.
- Details oriented and being able to handle multi-tasks
- Ability to forecast risk and crisis (related to mainstream media and s.ocial media).
- Effectiveness communication & presentation skill (both verbal and written).
- Project Management Skills.
