About this opportunity:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Blockchain Marketing to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the user experience and interface of our digital products

You will:

• Market Research:
  • Conduct in-depth research to analyze marketing trends, user behavior, and competitor strategies. Identify growth opportunities, user needs, and innovative approaches in blockchain-related marketing campaigns.
• Growth Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and implement user growth strategies aligned with business goals and plans. Integrate in-app content, product features, and user engagement into marketing campaigns to maximize effectiveness.
• Social Media Management:
  • Design, build, and maintain a strong presence on social media channels related to blockchain and the crypto community. Engage with the audience to build trust and brand loyalty.
• Campaign Performance Analysis:
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of all crypto marketing campaigns. Assess results to identify trends and insights for optimizing marketing budgets and campaign performance.
• Creative Growth Strategies:
  • Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to attract and retain users. Plan, implement, and measure experiments and conversion tests to drive continuous improvement.
• Digital Marketing Campaigns:
  • Lead and manage marketing campaigns in the crypto market, ensuring campaigns are engaging, informative, and optimized for maximum effectiveness.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Candidates with a strong educational background in marketing are preferred.
• Proven experience in crypto marketing.
• Ability to lead and manage marketing campaigns.
• Highly creative, with the ability to identify target audiences and develop campaigns that attract, inform, and drive engagement.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, social content, and the Internet industry.
• Advanced project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a willingness to continuously improve and innovate.
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a significant advantage.
