Overall Description: Act as a site Compliance officer for daily operation of all organization.

Draft, review and/or give legal advice on agreements between Company with third parties to ensure the contents of the documents;
Provide legal advice on daily / operation matters of the related teams and BOD;
Support related teams in negotiating and clarifying with third parties on the scope of deal and/or the agreements;
Manage various risks including legal risk.
Consulting, analysis and support to resolve complaints related issues.
Manage the deals / contracts to deliver the reports / advice to the BOD from time to time;
Resolve the disputes cases, mainly on complaint issues from customer;
Deliver the legal training to internal team and other related departments if required;
Research and update laws relating to the business of the Company;
Other work that is assigned by the General Director.

Education: Law University graduate;
Experiences: At least 3-4 years of experience in general laws and regulations, especially finance laws and regulations;
Good at English: Efficient in written and spoken English and Vietnamese;
Other requirements: Good knowledge and experience in Finance, Bank would be an advantage.
Skills: Legal analysis and writing; Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Excellent PC and office software skills.
Excellent communication skills.

Salary: Negotiation;
Working time: 08:00~17:00, Monday ~ Friday;
Workplace Golden Building, 3F, 473 No, Điện Biên Phủ Street, Ward 25, Binh Thanh, HCMC;
