Mô tả công việc

Ensure factory is in full compliance with local/national law, customer a group requirements

Establish policy and procedure which related in compliance requirements as well as local law;
Ensure factory follow buyer and local law requirement by setting up internal audit for relate department and monitor corrective action plan of department;
Control factory is follow ISO system;
Supervise project implementation in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Assess and analyze sustainability programs execution and identify areas for improvements;
Coordinate plans and activities with other key departments to ensure execution alignment;
Arrange meetings, develop content, work with supplier/customer to ensure actions are completed;
Administration of the reporting system.

Propose and implement activities related to environment, corporate social responsibility programs to the communities

Plan and implement annual corporate social responsibility for the communities of the company;
Plan and implement activities related to environment;
Propose and implement initiatives and training programs that are designed around save energy, reduction of pollution,...

Coordinate company sustainability projects and jobs to be done

Provide project management support, and track progress against plans;
Identify new risks and issues based on work with related departments to identify mitigation.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Education: University degree in a sustainability related discipline e.g. science, engineering etc.
Experience: From 5 years experience in sustainability research, HSE, data analysis, visualization;
Language: Fluency in English;
General: Excellent influencing and negotiation skills; understanding business; collaboration.
