Mô tả công việc
This role is responsible for handling labor discipline & review related processes & regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling labor discipline cases from end to end: receiving records, evaluating, making reports and submitting to Superiors for handling plans and organizing disciplinary actions, participate in handling labor discipline from end to end
- Review and update current processes and regulations related to C&B under the guides of the line manager
- Update Organization chart of the company (If any)
- Other duties as assigned by management
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Law, Human Resources…)
- 2-3+ years of experience in the role of Handling Labor discipline
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to provide solutions and consultation for stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and good in writing skills both in English and Vietnamese
- Proficient in all MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
