US & EU commercial law:

Researching and learning neccessary US and EU commercial law, IP law.
Providing legal advice to CEO & managers; corresponding with them and explaining complex commercial laws in US and EU.
Provide advice on contract requirements, legal risks and liabilities, with research to evaluate risk factors impacting business decisions and operations, and apply effective risk management techniques, offer proactive advice on risk factors
Liaising with fellow professionals on behalf of the company.
Researching information and preparing legal documents.
Keeping up-to-date with changing legislation.
Preparing the accounts of a legal practice.

Amazon’s policies:

Bachelor degree in law, priority in Commercial law, IP law
2 years experience in commercial law and/or IP law
Have an entrepreneur, start-up mindset
Upper-Intermediate English (B2, IELTS band 6.0 or above);
Eager to learn new things, exploring US & EU legislation
Proactive mind-set
Responsibility
Resilience: this is not an easy job, and it is not suitable for people who easily give up;
Background in business or e-commerce is a plus, but not compulsory;
