1. Legal advice and support

• Draft, review, and manage the legal documents of entities in the group, including but not limited to contracts, POAs, resolutions, DRIWs, notices, letters, and internal procedures;
• Provide legal advice in response to requests from other departments and/or the Legal Manager's assignment;
• Participate in the legal project as assigned by the Legal Manager.
• Implement legal procedures in accordance with local laws;
• Update, provide, and provide instructions on legal matters directly relating to the company’s business activities under the law of Vietnam and other countries offices (Tax Law, Labour Law, Law on Enterprises, Code of Civil Procedures, Law on Commercial Arbitration, etc.).

2. Other tasks

• Draft or prepare opinions contributing to the drafts of legal documents of the Company;
• Consult, instruct, and/or participate in the resolutions of claims and disputes relating to the Company;
• Other tasks under the assignment of the Head of the Legal Department.

• University degree in Law
• Knowledge: 03 years + of experience in law firms or the Legal Department, preferably previous experience in an international company.
• Legal knowledge (Enterprises & Investment regulations, working with partners overseas, etc.)
• Language: Fluent English (full 04 skills)
• Skills: Computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint; Team-working, Independent-working, Effective Communication in both English and Vietnamese
• Attitude: Hard-working, dynamic, and logical mindset.

• Flexible time: 9AM - 6PM (7,5 hours/day From Monday to Friday)
