Responsible for the connection between the Product owner and Development team as Business Analyst to assist the best decision making, ensuring product competitiveness retained but technical feasibility guarantee
Attend or independently run requirement workshops to capture all the needs from the client then play it back to the team
Organize requirements in work packages, epics and corresponding user stories with adequate prioritization
Manage changes and develop requirement traceability metrics
Manage client expectations and delivery scope along with Manager
Participate in all Agile/Scrum activities company-wide and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
Help to develop and maintain good relationship among Product Owner and the Development Team

Have at least 1 years of experience as a Software Analyst or Business Analyst for Based Software Solutions.
Act as the bridge between Product owner and Development team to assist the best decision making, ensuring product competitiveness retained but technical feasibility guaranteed
Organize requirements in work packages, epics and corresponding user stories with adequate prioritization
Participate in all Agile/Scrum activities company-wide and contribute ideas for
continuous improvement
Help to develop and maintain good relationship among Product Owner and the Development Team
Effective communication and negotiation

Salary: Upto $700
Probation salary is 100% of official salary
13th-month salary and performance review once a year
