Mô tả công việc
ISO System Development & Implementation
- Develop, review, and update system documentation (SOPs, procedures, forms) in accordance with ISO requirements.
- Plan and execute projects to achieve ISO certification.
Training & Awareness
- Organize internal training sessions on ISO awareness for employees.
- Guide departments to comply with ISO procedures in daily operations.
Monitoring & Auditing
- Prepare and conduct internal audits on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with departments to address non-conformities (NCRs) and propose corrective/ improvement actions.
- Monitor key quality indicators in line with ISO requirements.
External Certification & Stakeholder Liaison
- Act as the main contact point with external certification bodies.
- Prepare and support external audits for certification and annual surveillance.
Continuous Improvement
- Propose initiatives to improve service quality, operational efficiency, information security, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide periodic ISO implementation reports to the Board of Directors.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Quality Management, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in ISO implementation/management (preferably in healthcare or service industry). Strong knowledge of one or more ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 15189, ISO 27001, ISO 45001, etc.).
- Skills:
- Project management and planning skills.
- Training, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Strong documentation/report writing skills (SOPs, policies, reports).
- English proficiency (able to read ISO documents and work with certification bodies).
