The incumbent will be fully responsible for performing independently below mentioned tasks related to Compensation and Benefit as well as supporting local and regional Compensation and Benefit activities in alignment with Bank’s direction and vision.
The main responsibilities include but not limited to:
Compensation and Benefit:
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports relating to staff working time, leave and attendance properly and in timely manner.
- Prepare reports for submission to Management, internal Departments and/or external bodies (Tax Bureau, social insurance agency, Labor Department, Hanoi Employment introduction center …) to make sure the compliance with internal working procedure and local regulation.
- Prepare reports for submission to HO and/or regional office such as Quarterly HR Dashboard.
- Work in partnership with outsourcing vendor to make sure the accuracy of PIT calculation for expatriates and combining with local staff data for timely submission and payment.
- Process monthly payroll data, booking vouchers and booking into OVS system to ensure accuracy and payments are processed within a timely manner.
- Support the delivery of key annual HR processes including but not limited to performance management, annual compensation review and salary survey data submission.
- Work in partnership with outsourcing vendor for the implementation of Combined Personal Accident and Medical Insurance for bank staff. Work closely with our insurance broker for insurance contract dealing, coverage and benefit enhancement in alignment with bank policy and within budget.
- Working with outsourcing vendor for oversea travelling insurance contract negotiation, registration and benefit claim.
- Be in charge of work permit/exemption of work permit for expatriates.
HR Business Management
- Work in partnership with HR colleagues to support the implementation of regional projects at branch level.
- Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations.
- Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
Human Resources Information System:
- Support in the development and implementation of complex change initiatives in HR system upgrades to align with local regulations and regional guidelines.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree;
- At least 5-year experience in Human Resources area with proven track record of practical knowledge; working experience in payroll
- Deep knowledge in local labor and PIT laws and regulations;
- Logical thinking with high sense with numbers, good interpersonal and communication skill, strong time management and problem-solving skill;
- Good command of English (both in written and spoken);
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
