Safeguard the assets of the company
Attend to guest needs in order to keep guest satisfaction at highest degree
Cash all types of checks for patrons within the specified guidelines
Record all checks cashed in the specified computer system
Conduct both Marker and Front Money transactions on patron accounts
Balance bank at the beginning and end of shift
Redeem chips/token and TITO for patrons and all acceptable types of foreign currencies
Help patrons with general information upon request
Performsother job-related duties

Experience of one year in the gaming cage area preferred.
College degree is required or equivalent.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to operate a computer and familiarity with Microsoft programs.
Must present a well groomed and professional appearance. Excellent communication skills and guest service skills.
Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
Must be flexible, with the ability to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must possess basic math, bookkeeping and typing skills to post information to the database.
