Mô tả công việc
Manage, control and enforce salary work, labor management, labor legislation, social insurance work, personal income tax to ensure compliance with state regulations labor and increase efficiency in human resource management to ensure compliance with the government's policy about labor and increase efficiency in human resource management.
* Implementing monthly salary, bonus and welfare payment;
* Monitoring and implementing periodic social insurance, personal income tax;
* Build, develop, and maintain employee information storage system;
* Monitoring and implementing the company's labor management & labor legislation;
* Report on personnel changes; HR expense report; increase/decrease in compulsory insurance, voluntary insurance
* Participate in consulting, guiding, informing and answering employees of the company on issues related to labor legislation, processes and policies of the company's human resources functions;
* Support Subsidiaries to work within the above scope of work according to the Division's HR deployment plan from time to time and / or when required;
* Optimize workflows to ensure work quality and efficiency to ensure team performance.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Background / Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields are preferable
* Experience in payroll outsourcing in consulting firm.
* Good at English
