Mô tả công việc
- Learn and assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients;
- Support outreach efforts through LinkedIn, networking events, and other channels;
- Develop strong communication and negotiation skills through hands-on experience;
- Work closely with senior team members to understand customer needs and tailor solutions;
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM;
- Participate in training programs to develop a deep understanding of sales strategies and client engagement
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Must have
- Experience in both the project management and sales side of running a business;
- Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads;
- Advanced presentation and persuasive skills;
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients;
- Extensive knowledge of productivity tools and software;
- Attention to detail and organization skills for honing in on each necessary task;
- Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- 1 year of sales B2B experience or previous experience in the IT industry
- English: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent certification
