Logging and processing support works, Handling User calls
Updating Support Calls or Ticket on regular basis to track the resolution progress
Regular analysis of tickets, prepare and present the dashboard showing various support analysis (repeatitive, recurrent, ticket trend etc..)
Identify Potential Issues and mitigation for the same
Responding to breakdowns
Supervising junior engineering and technical staff

At least 2- 4 years experients
Have understanding of ITIL framework
Problem Solving and Troubleshooting skills
Route Cause Analysis (RCA) skills and able to propose different solution for improvement in operations
Proactive approach in addressing the user issues buy fixing the production issues and also identify temparory solution if issues severity is very high
Good Coordination skills between various layers of support. Should be able to coordinate with Onsite and Offshore team
Should be able to own the issue and track till the time it gets resolved
Should possess ablility to work with team
Experience & Knowledge of application support Process. Should be flexible enough to work on shifts.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources, English is must.
Client communication for Preparation of BRD (Businesses Requirement Document) and FSD (Functional Specification Document), Gap Analysis documents and Write Use cases, Power point
Web/Mobile Technology, Solutions, Concepts, Development Cycle knowledge
Must be analytical enough to understand complex project requirements and prepare detailed documentation
