Mô tả công việc
- Conduct research and analysis of information/legal documents to obtain legal grounds for clients’ cases;- Prepare and/or review legal opinions, resolutions, contracts and other legal documents for clients in a timely and consistent manner;
- Advise international and local clients on applicable laws and regulations, legal solutions, legal analysis on clients' business activities/issues;
- Advise and assist clients in licensing procedures (i.e., prepare and submit the application dossier; and liaise with the licensing authorities);
- Delegate work and supervise paralegals to ensure high quality services; and
- Perform other assignments delegated by senior colleague(s) and partners from time to time.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from University of Law (overseas qualification is an advantage);- Obtained the Certificate of Practice in Law or being a trainee lawyer;
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in local or international law firms;
- Profound knowledge of the Enterprise Law, the Investment Law and Commercial Law;
- Experience in drafting contracts, related legal documents and business transaction documents;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (general and legal English);
- Good skills in reasoning, legal analysis, and communication;
- Ability to advise clients in field of investment, corporate, M&A, labor, etc.;
- Ability to work under high pressure and to meet tight deadlines;
- Professional manner; and
- Strong sense of responsibility, dynamic and creativity.
