Assistant to President

- Act as the point of contact providing a bridge for smooth communication between the President's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.
- Respond promptly to President’ queries;
- Deliver Management’s Business Advices;
- Coordinate executive communications, to business partners, Government leaders, investors;
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for the President and industry partners;
- Review due diligence and deal advisory for investment projects, feasibility studies, complex strategies (in terms of Business, Marketing, Finance Projection…), and conceptual recommendations;
- Compose/ assist to compose/ review Company Profile, Marketing Collaterals, Business Development Proposals…
- Review documents of legal, financial, business, investment, strategy… before submitting to the President’s perusals;
- Prepare/ Compose speeches and statements for President joining conferences, summits, exhibitions, interviews, broadcasting, presses;
- Assist, advise, and manage with ad hoc reports and special projects as required and follow through on issues in a timely manner;
- Assist in developing necessary strategic and tactical plans to ensure companies/subsidiaries/ joint ventures’ goal achievement;
- Review and standardise documents in Vietnamese and English;
- Act as a gatekeeper, making decisions about who gets access to the President and what information the President receives.

Qualifications:
- Academic excellence in a broad spectrum of knowledge in various sectors/industries;
- Education background: Post-graduate degree.
- Experience as an international investment advisor in a multinational financial firm;
- Substantial experiences of operations in a similar role in a large corporation;
- Demonstrable experience of working effectively in a high-pressure and challenging environment;
- Excellent skills in Organising offsite events and conferences.
