- 02 Assistant Brand Manager: work in Hanoi.
* Job Description:
- Brand Management:
+ Brand-building action plan by campaign
+ Brainstorm ideas to meet sales & marketing objective,
+ Execute plans and report on campaign results
- Launching/ relaunching campaign:
+ Develop & manage marketing activities;
+ Work with Agencies to develop & carry out marketing campaigns effectively & on a timely manner
+ Cooperate with other functions (Sales, Purchasing, Accounting & Finance, Production…) to ensure effectiveness & timeliness of Marketing programs
+ Supervise the marketing programs and its contribution to sales & market share;
- Sales management: PDC to make sure the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns to achieve sales & share target
- Product development: Propose product launching timeline & manage follow operation with internal/ external stakeholders
- Data analysist
+ Market analysist base on intelligence data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities as well as forecast market changes in mid/ long-term
+ Evaluate the performance of brand/ product, consumer insights, market changes, competitors’ movements to quickly have counter-act actions.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate, Degree with Marketing Background is an advantage;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in brand management and at least 2 years’ experience in A.Brand Manager or Brand Manager position in FMCG Sector;
- Good analytical skills, Creative, Very passionate;
- Proactive and takes initiatives;
- Hard-working and ready to work in high pressure environment;
- Very good oral & written Vietnamese and English;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
