Role Summary 

The Apple Pre-Sales Engineer works closely with Sales and Delivery teams to design, position, and present Apple-centric enterprise IT solutions. 

The role focuses on solution architecture, technical discussions with customers, identity & security integration, and ensuring proposed solutions are technically sound, scalable, and compliant with Apple enterprise best practices. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Solution Architecture 
  • Design and support end-to-end enterprise solutions featuring: 
    • Apple hardware (Mac, iPad, iPhone) 
    • Apple Business Manager (ABM) 
    • Modern Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Jamf, Mosyle, and Microsoft Intune 
  • Align Apple solutions with customer requirements for: 
    • Deployment 
    • Security 
    • Device lifecycle management 
    • Ongoing IT services and support 
• Technical & Pre-Sales Discussions 
  • Work alongside the Sales team to lead technical discussions with customers. 
  • Understand customer environments and identify service requirements related to: 
    • Device deployment and onboarding 
    • Security controls 
    • Identity integration 
  • Propose appropriate IT services, managed services, and support models. 
  • Provide technical input for RFPs, RFQs, and solution proposals. 
• Identity & Security 
  • Support and troubleshoot identity and access scenarios on Mac, including: 
    • Single Sign-On (SSO) 
    • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace integration 
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting of macOS security features such as: 
    • FileVault 
    • Screen Recording permissions 
    • Application access permissions 
  • Help customers understand best practices for Apple security in enterprise environments. 
• Apple Platform & Device Management 
  • Assist in managing Apple devices using: 
    • Apple Business Manager (ABM) 
    • MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf, Intune) 
  • Support troubleshooting of identity and access issues, such as: 
    • Connecting Mac devices to Microsoft applications 
    • Microsoft Company Portal access and enrollment issues 
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to implementation.

Apple Pre-Sales Engineer là cầu nối giữa Người Bán Hàng – Kỹ thuật – Người Giao Hàng, chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế, tư vấn và trình bày các giải pháp CNTT doanh nghiệp dựa trên hệ sinh thái Apple.

Vai trò tập trung vào: 

• Thiết kế kiến trúc giải pháp Apple Enterprise 
• Trao đổi kỹ thuật với khách hàng 
• Tích hợp định danh – bảo mật 
• Đảm bảo các giải pháp đề xuất đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn Apple, có khả năng mở rộng và phù hợp vận hành thực tế. 

Trách nhiệm chính 

• Thiết kế giải pháp (Solution Architecture) 
  • Thiết kế giải pháp doanh nghiệp end-to-end bao gồm: 
    • Thiết bị Apple: Mac, iPad, iPhone 
    • Apple Business Manager (ABM) 
    • Các nền tảng MDM: Jamf, Mosyle, Microsoft Intune 
  • Đảm bảo giải pháp đáp ứng: 
    • Quy trình triển khai thiết bị 
    • Yêu cầu bảo mật 
    • Quản lý vòng đời thiết bị 
    • Dịch vụ IT và hỗ trợ sau triển khai 
• Trao đổi kỹ thuật & Pre-Sales 
  • Phối hợp cùng Sales làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng về kỹ thuật. 
  • Phân tích môi trường CNTT hiện tại của khách hàng, xác định nhu cầu: 
    • Onboarding & triển khai thiết bị 
    • Kiểm soát bảo mật 
    • Tích hợp định danh người dùng 
  • Đề xuất dịch vụ: 
    • IT Services 
    • Managed Services 
    • Mô hình hỗ trợ kỹ thuật 
  • Tham gia xây dựng nội dung kỹ thuật cho: 
    • RFP / RFQ / Proposal 
• Định danh & Bảo mật 
  • Hỗ trợ và xử lý các kịch bản định danh trên Mac: 
    • Single Sign-On (SSO) 
    • Tích hợp Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace 
  • Hỗ trợ các vấn đề bảo mật macOS cơ bản: 
    • FileVault 
    • Quyền Screen Recording 
    • Quyền truy cập ứng dụng 
  • Tư vấn best-practice bảo mật Apple trong doanh nghiệp. 
• Quản lý nền tảng Apple & Thiết bị 
  • Làm việc với: 
    • Giám Đốc quản trị Apple  
    • Jamf / Intune / Mosyle 
  • Hỗ trợ xử lý sự cố: 
    • Kết nối Mac với Microsoft apps 
    • Lỗi Microsoft Company Portal, enrollment, identity 
  • Phối hợp với bộ phận giao hang  đảm bảo quá trình bàn giao từ Pre-Sales sang triển khai mượt mà. 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 3 – 5 years experience in IT pre-sales, solution engineering, or enterprise IT support. 
• Good understanding of Apple devices in enterprise environments. 
• Hands-on or strong conceptual knowledge of: 
  • Apple Business Manager (ABM) 
  • MDM platforms (Jamf, Mosyle, Intune) 
• Familiarity with enterprise identity platforms: 
  • Microsoft 365 
  • Google Workspace 
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, and Delivery teams.
• Added Advantage 
  • Apple certifications and/or MDM certifications (Jamf preferred, Intune acceptable). 
  • Experience reading and understanding technical documentation in English. 
  • Ability to communicate basic technical updates and solution status to English-speaking stakeholders. 
  • Exposure to enterprise or education customers using Apple at scale.

• Làm việc nhóm hiệu quả với Sales – Ops – Delivery. 
• Điểm cộng 
  • Có chứng chỉ Apple / Jamf / Intune. 
  • Đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật tiếng Anh tốt. 
  • Có khả năng trao đổi kỹ thuật bằng tiếng Anh. 
  • Đã làm việc với khách hàng Enterprise / Education triển khai Apple quy mô lớn.
