Annual Fee Executive (Bookkeeper)

- Collect Annual renewal fee.
- Cross-check invoices issued based on the data that has been synthesized and approved.
- Implement customer service skills to achieve renewal fee recovery rate according to assigned targets including sending emails, messages, and calling clients to remind the fee.
- Carry out the company's renewal process after receiving customer payments and accompanying services.
- Clarify the concerns from the customers if needed during the renewal process with those international ones (entrepreneurs, multi-national corporations, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Customer service staff, Agents, Providers,.. to complete orders as the company's procedure.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage customer data and orders on CRM.
- Provide regular, transparent, detailed feedback and reporting on personal perormance to Team Leaders.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in English Linguistics, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, Business Laws, etc.
- Good to have working experience in related fields such as Sales Executive, Customer Service, Corporate Services, etc.
- Fluent in English.
- Highly effective teamwork spirit, time management, organizational, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Proactive attitude, hardworking, able to work both independently and within a team, able to multi-task.
- Having a basic knowledge of Economics, Finance, or International Banking is a big plus.
- Willing to learn continuously and to adapt to new conditions.
- Has the ability to creatively redesign one’s job; self-starter.
