Mô tả công việc

Serve as the primary contact point for affiliates on the UpPromote Marketplace, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Conduct outreach to potential affiliates and convert them into active partners within the marketplace.
Support both affiliates and merchants by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and mediating disputes to ensure a seamless collaboration experience.
Analyze affiliate performance, provide actionable insights, and optimize strategies to drive higher engagement and conversions.
Research market trends, identify new affiliate segments, and implement growth initiatives.
Monitor affiliate compliance with program guidelines and take action when violations occur.
Prepare and maintain detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, merchant success) to support the overall success of affiliate campaigns and platform improvements.
Deliver outstanding customer service to all stakeholders within the UpPromote Marketplace ecosystem.

2 – 3 years of experience in marketing, account management, SaaS, eCommerce, or digital marketing platforms.
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) — equivalent to IELTS 6.0+ — to work effectively with international partners.
Demonstrated experience working with SaaS, eCommerce, or digital marketing platforms is a significant advantage.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools quickly.
Strong research and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
