Mô tả công việc
* Expense:
- Data collection, information processing, accounting data
- Implementation of revenue and expenditure; Payable for suppliers
- Liabilities and Inventory management
- Payable for suppliers
- Monitor tools and fixed assets and depreciate fixed assets
- Transaction at bank, namely: payment, withdraw and others transaction
- Arrange accounting documents from bank statements and cash.
* Revenue:
- Collect and check all the tuition fee receipts
- Revenue reconciliation and allocated
- Issue E-Invoice
- Monthly report of revenue and cost.
* Other:
- Calculate personal income tax finalization for employees and property leasing activities
- Accounting tasks as required.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Accounting or other relevant discipline required.
- 1 – 2 years of work experience in Accounting.
- Computer Skills: MS Office, accounting software: Fast, 3TSoft or Excel.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and applicable laws, principles and procedures.
- Pre-intermediate English language.
- Good attention to detail and confidentiality
- Hard working, a team player with good interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with people across all levels.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Motivated, resourceful, proactive and able to pay attention to details.
