Summary
Golden Owl Digital (GODI) – a member of Golden Owl Corporation – is seeking a proactive Account Executive to join our journey of becoming one of Southeast Asia’s top SEO & Ads agencies.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, coordinating SEO, Ads, Content, and Design projects for international clients in Singapore, Australia, and Europe. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, English-first agency environment, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow their career in account and project management.

Your Responsibilities
1. Client Management
- Manage communications with clients for campaigns, including analysis, reporting, and reviews.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with target clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities for additional services, contributing to revenue growth and client satisfaction.
2. Project Management
- Coordinate project operations, including receiving briefs, providing briefings, supporting planning, and managing proposal deliverables.
- Develop and manage projects/programs, such as creating implementation plans, establishing evaluation mechanisms, developing client plans, managing budgets, and setting timetables.
- Effectively convey ideas to clients and team members (SEO, Ads, Content, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
3. Pitching & Proposals
- Take charge of building proposals and pitching our services to potential customers, showcasing GODI’s value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Create and drive outreach plans, develop effective messages, manage events, expand contact networks, and deliver compelling pitches.

Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, specifically in digital media/marketing, with a solid understanding of media planning and strategy, and some exposure to working with creative/production teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.5), with skills in pitching and showcasing services.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to the team's success.
- Strong project management, time management and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Proven success in pitching proposals to clients and winning new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of marketing strategy and experience in creating IMC plans and SEO projects.
- Leadership of a small team.
