- The Job
- Make a difference! Create a product Vietnamese children have never seen before. We will inspire children to learn English by revolutionizing the way English is taught in Vietnam. You will be a part of the Academic Team, responsible for developing and building the engaging and advance lessons our students use to learn and have fun!
- We are One On One English: a brand new EdTech startup. Come join us!
- As a Curriculum Designer at One On One English, you will be a part of our A Team, performing key functions of testing and production.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Design units of work aligned with standards and criteria
- Design HW and Prework aligned with planned unit, in a lesson plan format
- Liaise with Academic coordinator to align the creation of lessons and resources meet student learning pathway
- Write lesson content
- Create training materials for teachers
- Design assessments, that are easy to track by SC, aligned with level goals
- Monitor student success (per/level)
- QA freelancers,
- QA teachers
- Communicate student progress to SC to support with sales
- Support Junior Curriculum Designers
- Teach S to evaluate our curriculum
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A Bachelor Degree in Education or related field
- Has 120hr TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or DELTA/ Or have at least 120hrs English Teaching
- Experience/ IELTS score of 6.5
- Demonstrated history of exploring innovative and novel solutions
- Demonstrate the drive to learn and explore new ideas
- This is a FULL TIME position:
- → working hours: 9 30 18 30 Monday through Friday)

- Remuneration
- 6M VND GROSS monthly during probation 2 months).
- Monthly salary will increase up to 10M VND GROSS monthly after probation based on performance and feedback.
