Major responsibilities of this position include:
• Provide legal advice on corporate and other practices;
• Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements; and
• Do legal research and make legal analysis.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Applicants must possess a bachelor of law degree, a law practising license and a minimum of 03 years of experience.
- Applicants must demonstrate exceptional legal, analytical and writing skills, be able to manage and prioritize a sizable and growing workload and to meet deadlines under pressure, and be fluent in English. Expertise and/or experience in banking and finance, capital markets, FMCG and Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors will be a plus.
