Mô tả công việc
Design & Prototyping
- Lead the design process for new features and products, from wireframing and prototyping to creating high-fidelity mockups. Translate complex financial concepts into simple, modern, and user-friendly interfaces.
Design Systems
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all platforms.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and clients to gather requirements, iterate on designs, and ensure a seamless handoff to development.
User Research
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze insights to inform design decisions and validate concepts
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Design Software
- Proficiency in modern design tool: Figma.
Prototyping
- Hands-on experience with prototyping tools like Figma.
UX/UI Principles
- Strong understanding of core UX/UI principles, accessibility, and usability best practices.
Communication
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Fintech Experience (Plus)
- Prior experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a significant advantage
