Mô tả công việc

Support in daily operational tasks of the HR team.
Support in translation for HR related documents, preparing HR-related reports, analyze data as needed.
Support pre-employment processes
Sort incoming resumes and logs them into appropriate tracking spreadsheets
Coordinate candidate interviews, physicals, and testing
Support to organize employee engagement activities, work with vendor to follow-up internal event
Design and write up internal communication
Other tasks to be assigned depending on potential and interest

Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics or equivalent.
Hardworking and can work independently and under pressure, pay attention to details
Have a can-do attitude
Good verbal & written English communication.
Basic skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Nice to have: Experienced in coordinating and/or organizing events
Applicants must be willing to work in Tan Binh District, HCM.
Expected internship duration: 6 months at minimum. (08:00 – 18:00 from Monday to Friday)

Internship allowance: 4.000.000 VND/month
Meal allowance: 780.000 VND/month
