* Execute sales retention strategy to maximize revenue opportunities from existing clients through renewals:
- Ensures the company is proactive and responsive to all portfolio clients.
- Is an effective conduit between functional lines and local team to ensure client experience is not compromised.
- Primary contact for designated portfolio clients and responsible for their satisfaction levels.
- Establishes and maintains strong client relationships, at client transactional and strategic level, by ensuring needs are well understood and serviced.
* Achieves individual and team revenue targets:
- Upselling of insight & social media services
- Based on client feedback, communicates any new product ideas.
- Deliver thorough training for the team on Isentia’s products and services and identifying opportunities to up - sell/ cross - sell and deliver product campaigns
- Give regular updates on what needs to be attained to meet revenue objectives.
* Provide an outstanding client experience across your portfolio:
- Develop strong and effective working relationships with the account management team to ensure growth in their respective client lists.
- Effectively communicate client information and insights to client management team through regular forums and briefings.
- Accurate transfer of information from the client to the account management team.
- Ensure successful communication/ works with all areas of the business, especially when clients are being handed over between portfolios.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and fellow Isentia employees.
* Leads and contributes to a high performing team:
- Sets priorities and holds team members accountable with clear objectives, KPI’s, policies and procedures.
- Drives high performance in the team through managing and coaching the team and providing quality feedback.
- Facilitates regular team meetings to discuss issues, share knowledge, share achievements, and provide training and direction.
- Coordinate orientation and training for all new employees.
- Participate in the Annual Personal Development Review.
- Process for all direct reports and establish individual development plans for each team member.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Education: Tertiary qualifications in a related business disciple or 3+ years in a similar role
- Language skills: Excellent written and verbal English
- Technical skills: An analytical thinker who is comfortable with numbers. Proven capability in solution selling to marketing and communications directors and manager
- Communication skills
- Management skills
- Personal qualities: Commitment to personal development, self - motivated, results driven, strong customer service focus, ability to work to deadlines and under pressure. Collaborative and willing to share knowledge. Exceptionally well presented and professionalism. Enthusiastic approach - “can - do” positive attitude.
