- Analyze and define the training needs and develop skills matrix, skills training set for Sales person and Marketing staff.
- Develop training program for Sales and Marketing to enhance the sales force.
- Develop strategic training planning for Sales and Marketing.
- Research and update the training trends.
- Study compentencies and skill need to develop training materials for Marketing/Sales team.
- Research and develop product training material.
- Develop training materials on Customer service for PG, salesman.
- Co-operate with trainer to conduct training course/training program.
- Monitor the training plan, quality of training and training cost.
- Conduct training evaluation and recommend for better solution.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Gender: Male/Female.
- Advanced English.
- At least 09 years expreriences in Training.
- Experience in Sales and Marketing Training is plus.
- Excellent Presentation making skills.
- Excellent Communication.
- Natural aptitude for sales.
- Out going personality.
- Adaptive personality with the ability to learn and apply new sales strategies quickly.
