- To learn about bacterial products for using in wastewater treatment systems, pond/ lagoons and Aquaculture systems to enhance the system performance. Reduces TSS and final effluent problems. Bacterial products has many applications in all types of biological wastewater treatment systems, including once-through lagoons, activated sludge plants, sequencing batch reactors (SBRs) and rotating biological contactors (RBCs) in addition to becoming familiar with our vast portfolio of frozen seafood products. You will spend time training with various departments to learn about and support our export operations. After this initial training period, you will support the sales team manage the day to day operations of key - accounts, and will also be given the opportunity to find new customers within a defined territory/ channel;
- Search new demand and find new oversea companies and customers;
- Open account to sell company products on e-commerce website such as: Alibaba, Ebay, Amazon, Taobao, aliexpress, and so on….
- Present new products, their benefits and applications to meet customers’ demands;
- Reply to customers’ inquiries via emails and phone calls;
- Offer products to customers based on their requirements;
- Negotiate price and other sales terms;
- Follow up with the transaction until products are delivered, received, and paid;
- Once receive customers’ complaints, convey to Quality Management Department and co-ordinate to reply and solve the complaints;
- Be a coordinator and translator between customers and factory;
- Guide and arrange factory tours and audits for customers;
- In coordination with marketing staff, prepare and attend exhibitions (if any) and trade shows;
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to review and discuss challenges and achievements during the week;
- Proactively provide comments and feedback to improve workflow and communication among colleagues and departments.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate majoring in trade, marketing, economic or related fields;
- Prefer candidates have working experience of marketing and sale principles in equivalent positions or in technical products, consumable items, handmade products;
- Basic knowledge of environmental Management;
- Willing to travel independently;
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop positive and trustworthy relationships;
- Excellent presentation skills and be competent in using Microsoft Office tools to create professional reports and presentation;
- Good verbal and written communications skills in both Vietnamese and English;
- Confident and dynamic personality;
- Work efficiently and effectively as an individual and in team;
- Strong creative outlook.
