Mô tả công việc

Manage the design of products such as dyamo, motor, controls, machines..
Research & development the new product
Ensure engineering work satisfies customer requirement
Ensures all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with company's established policies and objectives
Develop R&D talent and empower staff to create innovative design solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements
Provide and present project updates to R&D and Product Management.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or above
8 years experiences in Mechanical and 5 years of managerial level
In-depth experience developing mechanical products utilized in challenging outdoor environments
Must possess strong Leadership and Communication Skills
Solid understanding of the construction process and application of Mechanical/ Electrical Design Other requirements
Passion and proactive
Excellent command of English
